Who processes the data

The data submitted through this site are processed by the Mihalache Cătălin Insolvency Practice, with its office in Bucharest, 4 Ion Ghica Street, 2nd floor, room 46, Sector 3.

What data are processed

Through the contact form you send us your name, e-mail address, possibly your telephone number and the content of your message. We process these data solely in order to reply to you.

The grounds for processing

The processing is based on the legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries received and, where applicable, on the steps taken prior to concluding a contract for the practice's services.

How long we keep the data

The messages received are kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and thereafter to the extent that a legal retention obligation exists.

To whom the data are disclosed

The data are not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. The hosting provider processes the data solely for the technical operation of the site.

Your rights

You have the right of access, the right to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing. Information received in connection with a procedure is subject to the insolvency practitioner's duty of confidentiality, which is stricter than the rules above and applies independently of them.
